摘要
近年来,非自杀性自伤行为对患者身心健康的危害逐渐受到关注。但NSSI的研究尚处于起步阶段,其心理治疗及物理治疗存在一定的应用局限,在临床上广泛应用的药物治疗方式经济、便利,是治疗NSSI的重要选择之一。因此,为更好地NSSI进行有效治疗,本文综述了精神类药物治疗NSSI的相关试验研究,发现抗抑郁剂及非典型抗精神病药物或更适合作为治疗NSSI的优先选择,为进一步的NSSI药物治疗研究提供了思路。
In recent years, harms of non-suicidal self-injuries to patients’ physical and mental health have received more attention. However, the study of NSSI is still in its infancy. Due to the economical and convenient use of drug therapy on psychological and physical problems,, drug therapy has been one of the important choices for the treatment of NSSI. This review specifically focused on pharmacotherapy for NSSI which would provide references for future research and for enhanced efficacy on drug treatment of NSSI.
