摘要
目的:探究影响居民签约服务期望的影响因素,提出相应的对策。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年12月上海市普陀区桃浦地区40~60岁居民932例作为研究对象,以问卷调查了解纳入居民是否签约及签约意愿,并以此将其分未签约组与签约组。分析两组居民签约率及签约服务期望的差异,明确需求,提出相应改进措施。结果:纳入居民中已经签约及存在签约意愿的176例(18.88%)、未签约的756例(81.12%)。两组居民年龄、婚姻状况、性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组学历、自评经济状况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响居民签约因素可分为倾向因素、促成因素、强化因素三类。结论:影响居民签约服务期望的因素众多,居民签约率较低,需引起重视,予以相应措施改善,提升签约率。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors that affect residents'expectations of contracting services and propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods:932 residents aged 40-60 years in the Taopu area of Putou District,Shanghai,from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects to investigate with a questionnaire whether the included residents were contracted and their intention of contracting,and in this way,they were divided into a non-contracted group and a contracted group.The differences in the contracting rate and expectations of contracted services between the two groups of residents were analyzed,to specify the needs,and propose corresponding improvement measures.Results:Among the residents included,176 cases(18.88%)had signed contracts and 756 cases(81.12%)had not signed contracts.There were no significant differences between the two groups regarding residents'age,marital status and gender(P>0.05);The difference was statistically significant between the two groups regarding education background and self-rated economic status(P<0.05).The factors affecting residents'contracting can be divided into three categories:propensity factors,contributing factors,and strengthening factors.Conclusion:There are numerous factors affecting residents'expectations of contracting services,and residents have a low contracting rate,which needs to be emphasized and should be improved by corresponding measures.
