摘要
目的:分析产房助产士全程陪护对减少自然分娩产后出血的作用。方法:2019年7月-2020年7月收治自然分娩产妇94例,利用抛硬币方式分为两组。对照组实施常规护理干预;试验组在常规护理干预基础上展开产房助产士全程陪护。比较两组产妇产程时间、出血量、护理满意度及产后出血发生率。结果:试验组第一产程时间、第二产程时间和产后2 h出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后出血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对自然分娩产妇进行临床护理干预时,使用产房助产士全程陪护,能够缩短产程时间,提高护理满意度,降低产后出血发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the midwife's full-course accompany in the delivery room to reduce postpartum hemorrhage after natural delivery.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,94 parturient cases of natural childbirth were selected,they were divided into the two groups by tossing a coin.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention.On the basis of routine nursing intervention,the experimental group carried out midwife's full-course accompany in the delivery room.The time of labor,volume of blood loss,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups were compared.Results:The time of the first stage of labor,the time of the second stage of labor and the amount of bleeding within postpartum 2 h of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing intervention of natural delivery parturient,the use of midwife's full-course accompany in the delivery room can shorten the time of labor,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
