学术资本主义与大学教师职业认同

摘要 随着经济全球化和学术资本主义的发展,传统大学教师的职业认同发生重大变化,大学教师群体经常处于充满冲突的境地。具体表现为大学教师的职业认知发生紊乱、职业情感遭到削弱,他们经常处于学术理性和实际利益的纠结之中,更倾向于专注科研而懈怠教学。为此,不但需要政府和大学转变教师评价导向,重塑大学教师职业的文化认同,而且需要调整薪酬体系结构,坚持学术激励与保障并行,促进学术共同体建设,以抵御学术资本主义浪潮的负面影响。 With the development of economic globalization and academic capitalism,the traditional vocational identity of college teachers has undergone significant changes and the college teacher community has often been in a state of conflicts.These include the confusion of their occupational understanding,the weakening of their professional emotion,being often in entanglement of academic rationality and actual interest,and slacking off in teaching by being more absorbed in scientific research.Therefore,the government and school should not only change their teacher evaluation orientation and remodel the career culture identity of college teachers,but also adjust the salary system structure,persist in the concurrence of academic motivation and guarantee,and promote the construction of academic community so as to resist the negative impact of academic capitalism.
