摘要
思想政治教育是非全日制研究生教育的重要保证。然而,个体“脉冲式”学习方式使得思想政治教育主体性矮化,导师“远程式”教育方式使得思想政治教育内容窄化,培养单位“放任式”管理方式使得思想政治教育管理淡化。据此,非全日制研究生思想政治教育要树立“大德”,提升方向性;完成“大学”,提升系统性;培养“大问”,提升针对性;实践“大行”,提升实践性。
Ideological and political education is important guarantee for part-time graduate education.However,the individual“impulse”learning mode dwarfs the subjectivity of ideological and political education,the tutor“distance”education mode narrows the content of ideological and political education,and the training unit“laissez faire”management mode dilutes the management of ideological and political education.Accordingly,the ideological and political education of part-time postgraduates should establish“great morality”to improve the direction of ideological and political education,complete“great school work”to improve the systematicness of ideological and political education,cultivate“great knowledge”to improve the pertinence of ideological and political education,and practice“great deeds”to improve the practicality of ideological and political education.
