摘要
钢横梁吊装是大跨度钢混组合门式框架墩施工的关键工序,封锁点内施工关乎到营业线的安全,施工组织难度大、关注度高。因此,通过对新建商合杭铁路亳州特大桥556~558号墩钢横梁施工进行梳理,分析了工程的重难点,论述了钢横梁封锁点内吊装吊机选型、临时支座安装工艺、增设靠位装置、施工组织等关键施工技术。该技术的实施使该工程钢横梁吊装安全顺利完成,每榀钢横梁吊装实际有效施工时间均控制在45 min左右。
Hoisting steel beam is key process of construction of large-span steel-concrete composite portal frame piers.The construction in the blocking point is related to the safety of the working line.The construction organization is very difficult and has high attention.According to sort the construction of 556#~558#pier of the steel beam of Bozhou grand bridge on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway,difficult and key points are analyzed,and some key details about selection of the crane,installation process of temporary support,addition of the guiding devices and construction organization are discussed in this paper.This technology makes the steel beam hoisting of the project safely and successfully because the hoisting of each steel beam was completed within 45 minutes.
