摘要
利用碳纤维制备三维面芯编织织物,通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制备了不同编织角的三维面芯编织复合材料。对三维面芯编织复合材料弯曲性能进行了测试并结合数字图像相关(DIC)方法进行分析。结果表明:三维面芯编织复合材料弯曲性能随着编织角的增大而降低,弯曲曲线前期均呈线性变化,达到极限载荷后,不同编织角的破坏曲线呈现不同的特点,编织角较大的材料曲线缓慢下降,编织角较小曲线呈阶梯式下降。弯曲载荷下三维面芯编织复合材料最终破坏失效是由于弯曲中产生的大量裂纹及纤维断裂。
Three-dimensional surface-core braided fabrics were woven by using carbon fibers,and threedimensional surface-core braided composites with different braiding angles were prepared through a vacuum assisted resin infusion molding process(VARTM).Combined with digital image correlation(DIC)method,the flexural properties of the three-dimensional surface-core braided composites were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the flexural properties of the three-dimensional surface-core braided composites decreased with the increase of braiding angle,and the bending curves changed linearly at the early stage of loading.After reaching the limit load,the bending curves with different braiding angles showed different characteristics:the curves of composite with larger braiding angles decreased slowly while the curves with smaller braiding angles decreased in stages.The ultimate damage failure of three-dimensional surface-core braided composites under flexural load was due to a large number of cracks and fiber fracture during bending process.
