摘要
目的评价LBL-CBL-PBL三轨教学模式在急诊临床教学中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月—2019年3月临床医学专业实习硕士研究生126名,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组63名。对照组采用传统带教模式,实验组采用LBL-CBL-PBL三轨教学模式,对同样内容进行教学。采用调查问卷和技能考核方式进行考核,评价教学质量。结果实验组基础理论成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组病例分析成绩、临床诊疗技能成绩、心肺复苏、气管插管、腹腔穿刺、胸腔穿刺等急救技能成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组教学模式满意度、激发学习兴趣、建立临床思维、强化急救技能、提高医患沟通能力、提高团队合作能力等显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LBL-CBL-PBL三轨教学模式可以提高急诊实习研究生的专业知识和临床技能,激发主动学习的能力。
Objective To evaluate the application value of LBL-CBL-PBL three-track teaching mode in emergency clinical teaching.Methods A total of 126 postgraduate students in clinical medicine from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 63 persons in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group used the LBL-CBL-PBL three-track teaching mode to teach the same content.Questionnaires and skill assessment methods are used to assess and evaluate the quality of teaching.Results The basic theoretical results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results of first-aid skills such as case analysis,clinical diagnosis and treatment skills,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,tracheal intubation,abdominal puncture,and thoracentesis were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching mode in the experimental group,stimulating interest in learning,establishing clinical thinking,strengthening first-aid skills,improving communication ability between doctors and patients,and improving teamwork ability were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The LBL-CBL-PBL three-track teaching mode can improve the professional knowledge and clinical skills of emergency internship students and stimulate the ability of active learning.
