LEEP手术在子宫颈/阴道病变中的治疗价值新探 被引量：9

摘要 子宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)是与子宫颈浸润癌密切相关的癌前病变的一组疾病统称,是子宫颈癌发生发展过程中的重要环节。子宫颈癌前病变的干预和治疗是子宫颈癌二级预防的关键节点。子宫颈癌前病变治疗常见方式为物理治疗和切除性治疗,切除性治疗主要包括子宫颈锥切术(子宫颈环形电切术/冷刀锥切)和子宫切除术。
