摘要
人体的站立、行走及弹跳等机能主要依靠下肢肌肉骨骼系统来维持,下肢肌肉骨骼系统出现病变或发生损伤会影响人体的协调功能,进而影响人体的稳定性和安全性。下肢骨骼系统中关节易受到冲击造成骨折、炎症和老化,导致功能衰退,整体运动能力下降。本综述以人体下肢为研究对象,总结并重点阐述下肢关节的生物力学仿真和实验研究进展,对其发展趋势进行展望,为相关疾病的预防、临床治疗和康复提供理论参考。
The human body's functions such as standing,walking and jumping are mainly maintained by the lower extremity musculoskeletal system.Lesion or injury of the lower extremity musculoskeletal system will affect the coordination function of the human body,then affect the stability and safety.The joints in the skeletal system of the lower extremities are vulnerable to impacts,that can cause fractures,inflammation and aging,resulting in functional decline and decreased overall exercise capacity.We take the human lower limbs as the research object,summarize and focus on the biomechanical simulation and experimental research progress of the lower limb joints,look forward to its development trend,to provide theoretical references for the prevention,clinical treatment and rehabilitation of related diseases.
