烧失造孔法烧结长英岩尾矿透水砖实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Permeable Brick Sintered with Felsite Tailing by Gasifying Plant Chips

摘要 采用植物杆茎或纤维烧失造孔的方法,以长英岩尾矿为主要原料制备烧结透水砖,研究了造孔剂种类及分布方式对烧结透水砖性能的影响.结果表明:采用秸秆纤维作造孔剂时,透水砖的抗压和抗折强度最大,分别为6.1 MPa和5.5MPa;与乱向层铺的方式相比,由竹屑/秸秆定向层铺所制备的透水砖的抗压和抗折强度明显降低,而且对抗折强度的影响更为显著,但透水速率提高3~4倍;秸秆纤维无序分布的透水砖中的耐磨性和抗冻性相对更好,但定向层铺竹屑/秸秆方式所制备的透水砖中孔隙排布有序,有利于提升透水砖对泥浆的抗堵塞能力,但会降低透水砖的抗冻性. Using felsite tailings as the main raw material,the method of pore formed by gasifying plant chips is adopted to sinter permeable bricks.The effects of the types and distribution of pore forming medium on the performance of sintered bricks are studied.The results show that when straw fiber is used as the pore forming medium,the compressive and flexural strengths of permeable bricks have the largest values,6.1MPa and 5.5MPa,respectively.In comparison with non-directional bamboo/straw chips,the oriented bamboo/straw chips would lead to obvious reduction in flexural strength and compressive strength of permeable bricks,especially for flexural strength,but the water infiltration rate is increased by 3-4times.The abrasion resistance and frost resistance of the permeable bricks with straw fibers are relatively better than those with other pore forming media.The permeable bricks with oriented bamboo/straw chips have orderly arrangement of pores,which is beneficial to improve clogging resistance of the permeable brick to saturated slurry,but will reduce the frost resistance of the permeable brick.
