摘要 通过分析回转式空气预热器的工作原理和结构,确定转子热端和冷端温差较大(超过250℃)是造成空预器漏风的主要原因。在大温差作用下转子发生"蘑菇状"热变形导致热端间隙变大,漏风量激增。以某600MW发电机组三分仓回转式空预器为研究对象,在ANSYS中建立空预器仿真模型,对转子进行瞬态热分析,得到了转子在温度场和自重作用下的变形量。分析了柔性密封片和热补偿密封装置的工作原理,重点研究了热补偿密封装置的核心—热补偿金属结构。设计了一种可以自适应转子变形量的复合型柔性密封装置,可使漏风率维持在4%以下。研究了热双金属尺寸对其变形量的影响。 Through analyzing the working principle and structure of rotary air preheater,it is determined that the large temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end of rotor(more than 250℃)is the main cause of air leakage of air preheater.Under the action of large temperature difference,the‘mushroom-like’thermal deformation of the rotor results in larger hot end gap and surge of air leakage.Taking the rotary air preheater of a 600 MW generator set as the research object,the air preheater simulation model is established in ANSYS,and the transient thermal analysis of the rotor is carried out,and the deformation of the rotor under the action of temperature field and dead weight is obtained.The working principle of flexible sealing sheet and thermal compensation sealing device is analyzed,and the core of thermal compensation sealing device,thermal compensation metal structure,is emphatically studied.A composite flexible sealing device is designed which can adapt to rotor deformation and maintain air leakage rate below 4%.The effect of thermo-bimetal size on its deformation was studied.
