摘要
随着农业机械技术向自动化发展,拖拉机的功能与结构日趋成熟,在农业生产中发挥的作用越来越大,拖拉机的可靠运转对于农业生产的顺利进行意义重大。启动系统是拖拉机的重要功能组成,是发动柴油机的控制装置。启动系统故障是拖拉机的常见故障现象,对拖拉机的正常使用影响较大,严重影响了拖拉机的使用效率。为进一步提高拖拉机启动系统的维修效率,从拖拉机启动系工作原理出发,说明了拖拉机正常启动的必须条件,总结了拖拉机启动系常见故障问题和有效维修方法,强调了启动系统正确操作与使用的注意事项。
with the development of agricultural machinery technology to automation,the function and structure of tractors are becoming more and more mature,and play an increasingly important role in agricultural production.The reliable operation of tractors is of great significance for the smooth progress of agricultural production.The starting system is an important functional component of the tractor and the control device for starting the diesel engine.Starting system fault is a common fault phenomenon of tractor,which has a great impact on the normal use of tractor and seriously affects the use efficiency of tractor.In order to further improve the maintenance efficiency of the tractor starting system,starting from the working principle of the tractor starting system,this paper explains the necessary conditions for the normal starting of the tractor,summarizes the common faults and effective maintenance methods of the tractor starting system,and emphasizes the precautions for the correct operation and use of the starting system.
