摘要
为解决传统焚烧、填埋方式处理固态废物时造成资源浪费和生态环境被破坏的问题,在研究抗生素菌渣类固态废物热解理论的基础上,搭建了菌渣热解反应实验平台,详细说明了其中的试验设备和仪器,并主要对热解反应产物和温度、时间对热解反应产物的影响机理进行实验对比研究,为今后实现固态废物裂解反应的充分性奠定基础。
In order to solve the problems of waste of resources and destruction of ecological environment caused by traditional incineration and landfill treatment of solid waste,based on the study of the pyrolysis theory of antibiotic bacterial residue solid waste,an experimental platform for bacterial residue pyrolysis reaction is established,the test equipment and instruments are described in detail.The experimental comparative study of pyrolysis reaction products and the influence mechanism of temperature and time on pyrolysis reaction products is carried out,which lays a foundation for the sufficiency of solid waste pyrolysis reaction in the future.
