摘要
为解决工作面瓦斯浓度超标严重威胁工作面安全生产的问题,以郑庄煤矿为例在对其3号煤层工作面瓦斯涌出量预测分析的基础上,得出该工作面开展瓦斯抽采的必要性和迫切性;结合郑庄煤矿实际情况,完成瓦斯抽采方案的总体设计,重点对瓦斯抽采时间、钻孔布置及施工、瓦斯抽采管路布置以及抽采泵的选型进行研究,建立了一套瓦斯抽采技术的应用流程,为今后工作面瓦斯抽采技术的应用和保证工作面安全生产奠定基础。
In order to solve the problem that the gas concentration in the working face exceeds the standard and seriously threatens the safety production of the working face,taking Zhengzhuang Coal Mine as an example,based on the prediction and analysis of the gas emission in the working face of No.3 coal seam,the necessity and urgency of gas drainage in the working face are obtained.Combined with the actual situation of Zhengzhuang Coal Mine,the overall design of gas drainage scheme is completed,focusing on the research on gas drainage time,borehole layout and construction,gas drainage pipeline layout and selection of drainage pump,and a set of application process of gas drainage technology is established,which lays a foundation for the application of gas drainage technology and ensuring the safe production of working face in the future.
