摘要
主要探讨评估某电力有限公司2×25 MW机组除尘器改造方案及其"三同时"落实情况。对于大气环境风险而言,环评要求措施:静电除尘器改造为布袋除尘器,除尘效率≥99.9%。落实情况为:项目按照环评要求将原有的2套静电除尘器改造为布袋除尘器,根据试运行期的监测结果,除尘效率不低于99.9%。评估结论符合环评及批复要求。
This paper mainly discusses the evaluation of 2×25 MW unit dust collector transformation scheme of a power Co.,Ltd and its implementation of "Three Simultaneities".For atmospheric environmental risks,the measures required in the environmental assessment are listed as followed.Electrostatic precipitator is transformed into bag filter,and the dust removal efficiency is ≥ 99.9%.The implementation is as follows.According to the requirements of environmental impact assessment,the original two sets of electrostatic precipitators are transformed into bag precipitators.According to the monitoring results during the trial operation period,the dust removal efficiency is not less than 99.9%.The assessment conclusion is that it meets the requirements of environmental impact assessment and reply.
