摘要
为进一步提升焦炭质量,在保证炼焦工艺和设备不变的基础上,可通过对煤粒度调整得到高质量的焦炭。重点对高变质程度煤(包括有无烟煤、瘦煤以及贫瘦煤),在不同煤粒度下对应焦炭的机械强度、冷态强度和热性能进行对比试验研究,最终得到不同高变质程度煤的最佳煤炭粒度,对于指导提升焦炭质量的生产具有重要意义。
In order to further improve the coke quality,high-quality coke can be obtained by adjusting the coal particle size on the basis of ensuring that the coking process and equipment remain unchanged.This paper focuses on the comparative experimental research on the mechanical strength,cold strength and thermal properties of high metamorphic coal(including anthracite,lean coal and lean coal) corresponding to coke under different coal particle sizes,and finally obtains the best coal particle size of coal with different high metamorphic degrees,which is of great significance to guide the production of improving coke quality.
