基于反演滑模的火力发电机组主汽温自适应控制策略 被引量:4

Self-adaptive Control Strategy for Main Steam Temperature of Thermal Power Unit Based on Backstepping Sliding Mode

摘要 针对火力发电机组燃气锅炉主汽温控制系统存在的强干扰和不确定性问题,利用滑模控制对系统参数变化和扰动不灵敏的优点,提出一种基于反演滑模控制和自适应算法相结合的主汽温优化控制策略。将主汽温控制过程中存在的干扰和不确定性归结为系统的总干扰,通过设计李雅普诺夫函数和虚拟控制量,逐步回推出反演滑模控制一级减温粗调控制器;在此基础上,采用自适应算法对系统总干扰进行估计,并设计出自适应反演滑模控制二级减温细调控制器。MATLAB仿真结果表明:与常规PID和反演滑模控制策略相比,所提策略的调节时间可减少126.9 s,超调量可降低20.1%,系统抗干扰及鲁棒性能得到有效提升。工程应用结果表明:所提策略的主汽温控制偏差小于±4℃,系统稳定性和抗干扰能力显著提高。 Aiming at the strong interference and uncertainty in the main steam temperature control system of gas-fired boiler in thermal power generation unit,taking advantage of the insensitivity of sliding mode control to system parameter changes and disturbances,a main steam temperature optimization control strategy based on the combination of inverse sliding mode control and adaptive algorithm was proposed.The disturbance and uncertainty in the main steam temperature control process were attributed to the total disturbance of the system.By designing the Lyapunov function and the virtual control quantity,the inversion sliding mode control one-stage temperature reduction coarse adjustment controller was gradually introduced.On this basis,an adaptive algorithm was used to estimate the total disturbance of the system,and a two-stage temperature reduction fine-tuning controller based on adaptive inverse sliding mode control was designed.MATLAB simulation results show that compared with the control strategies of conventional PID and inversion sliding mode,the adjustment time of the proposed control strategy is reduced by 126.9 s,and the overshoot is reduced by 20.1%,and the anti-interference and robust performance of the system are effectively improved.The engineering application results show that using the proposed strategy,the main steam temperature control deviation is less than±4℃,and the system stability and anti-interference ability are significantly improved.
