摘要
文章分析了桥面铺装沥青混合料不同的泛白现象驱动力,利用自行开发的沥青混合料"临界气压差试验"确定气压差作用为泛白现象驱动力,分析了不同油石比以及离析程度下沥青混合料的抗泛白性能。结果表明:低油石比、低程度离析率的沥青混合料不易出现泛白现象;在相同的空隙率下,离析程度对抗泛白性能的影响大于油石比。在相同空隙率条件下,离析程度对抗泛白性能的影响程度大于油石比提出的"临界气压差""2kPa下开始唧浆时间"和"2kPa下3min唧浆量",可以有效的评价沥青混合料抗泛白性能。本研究对预防桥面铺装沥青混合料的泛白早期病害有较大工程价值。
The article analyzes the different driving forces of the whitening phenomenon and uses the self-developed asphalt mixture"critical air pressure difference test"to determine that the air pressure difference is the driving force for the whitening phenomenon.Besides,the paper also analyses the anti-efflorescence performance of asphalt mixtures in different bitumen-aggregate ratio and degree of segregation.The results show that asphalt mixtures with low oil-stone ratio and low segregation rate are not prone to whitening;under the same porosity,the degree of segregation has a greater impact on the anti-whitening performance than the oilstone ratio.While in the same porosity,the degree of segregation has more influence on the anti-efflorescence performance than the bitumen-aggregate ratio.The proposed"Critical pressure difference","Pulping time at 2 kPa"and"Pulp pumping volume at 2 kPa in3 min"indexes can effectively evaluate the anti-efflorescence performance of asphalt mixtures.It is of great engineering value to prevent the early efflorescence diseases of asphalt mixture in bridge deck pavement.To improve the anti-efflorescence ability of asphalt mixture in bridge deck pavement,the bitumen-aggregate ratio could be extended to increase the VFA.In the actual construction process,operation standard should be strictly controlled to avoid the asphalt mixture segregation.
