Clinical effects of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with conventional treatment on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute phase due to External Cold and Internal Fluid

摘要目的探讨小青龙汤联合常规治疗对外寒内饮型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者的临床疗效。方法 98例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,对照组给予常规治疗(抗感染、化痰止咳、平喘),观察组在对照组基础上加用小青龙汤,疗程2周。检测临床疗效、CX3CL1、IL-6、MMP-9、TGF-β1、miR-145、miR-183、肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CX3CL1、IL-6、MMP-9、TGF-β1、miR-145、miR-183降低(P<0.05),肺功能指标升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小青龙汤联合常规治疗可安全有效地缓解外寒内饮型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者炎症反应,预防气道重塑,改善肺功能。 AIM To explore the clinical effects of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with conventional treatment on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute phase due to External Cold and Internal Fluid.METHODS Ninety-eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(49 cases) for 2-week intervention of conventional treatment(anti-infection, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, relieving asthma), and observation group(49 cases) for 2-week intervention of both Xiaoqinglong Decoction and conventional treatment. The changes in clinical efficacy, CX3 CL1, IL-6, MMP-9, TGF-β1, miR-145, miR-183, pulmonary function indices(FEV1, FEV1/FVC) and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups displayed decreased CX3 CL1, IL-6, MMP-9, TGF-β1, miR-145 and miR-183(P<0.05), and increased pulmonary function indices(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(P<0.05). No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute phase due to External Cold and Internal Fluid, Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with conventional treatment can safely and effectively relieve inflammatory reactions, prevent airway remodeling, and improve lung functions.
