摘要
推力轴承作为水轮发电机组转动部分承重的重要设备,其性能直接影响机组的安全稳定运行。针对某电站机组推力轴承8个支柱螺栓套进行检测并深入分析,找到引起支柱螺栓套损坏的原因,并提出了重新加工的要求,对保证机组稳定运行具有一定的实践意义,同时为后续检修提供有效的参考依据。
As an important equipment for bearing part of water hydro-generator rotary,the performance of the thrust bearing directly affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.8 support bolt sleeves of thrust bearing in a power station are tested and analyzed.It discovers the cause of damage and the reprocessing is requested,which has certain practical significance to ensure the stable operation of the unit and provides the reference for the future maintenance.
