摘要中国共产党的百年发展史,在一定意义上也是不断推进党的红色文化建设的历史。回首百年,红色文化与中国共产党相伴而生,并先后经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代四个时期,在此过程中积累了丰富而宝贵的经验。其经验主要体现在以坚持马克思主义指导为基本原则,以坚持党的领导为根本保障,以紧扣党的中心工作、服务大局为基本遵循。百年红色文化建设的历史经验为新时代红色文化建设提供了有益启示:新时代要进一步创新红色文化传播与传承机制,促进红色文化建设科学化;完善红色文化制度体系,推进红色文化建设规范化;明确红色文化功能定位,增强红色文化建设实效性。 The 100-year history of the development of the Communist Party of China is the history of constantly promoting the construction of the Partys red culture. Looking back,red culture,which was born with the Communist Party of China,has gone through four stages: the new democratic revolution period,the socialist revolution and construction period,the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In this process,rich and valuable experience has been accumulated. Its experience is as follows: adhere to Marxist guidance as the basic principle,adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party as the fundamental guarantee,pay close attention to the central work of the Communist Party and serve the overall situation. One hundred years of historical experience in the construction of red culture provides useful inspiration for the construction of red culture in the new era: we should further innovate the mechanism of red culture dissemination and transmission to promote the scientific construction of red culture;we should improve the system of red culture and promote the standardization of red culture construction;we should clarify the functional positioning of red culture and enhance the effectiveness of red culture construction.
