摘要
南水北调精神是中国共产党百年精神谱系的重要组成部分。在建党百年视野下研究南水北调精神的廉政建设价值,是新时代南水北调精神研究的重要课题。近年来南水北调精神的研究议题主要集中在孕育生成、内涵阐释、时代意义及比较分析等方面。南水北调精神蕴含廉政建设价值,内藏丰富而深刻的廉政元素,是党风廉政建设的思想源泉、重要内容和最新载体,能够增强党员干部党性观念,持续有效净化党风政风。在新时代彰显南水北调精神的廉政建设价值,应当深度解读南水北调精神的廉政意蕴、丰富河南精神的多维内涵,依托高校开展纵深研究、将南水北调精神廉政子文化做大做强,借助南水北调干部学院等平台、形成党风廉政建设的教育机制,构建南水北调精神的宣教体系、营造党风廉政建设的浓厚氛围。
The spirit of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is an important component of the spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Against the backdrop of the 100th anniversary of the founding of CPC,a probe into the value of clean governance construction informed by the spirit of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project remains an important subject matter for researchers focusing on the spiritual legacy of the project.In recent years,research topics surrounding the spiritual legacy of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project mainly revolve around the generation and evolution,the connotative interpretation,the significance interpretation,and the comparative analysis of the project itself.The spirit of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which abounds in considerable value of Party building and rich and profound elements of clean governance education,is an important ideological source,an important educational content and the latest carrier of the construction of clean governance and good party conduct.It can not only strengthen the integrity of Party members and cadres but also improve the working style of the Party and the government.In order to give full play to the value of the spirit of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in the New Era,we should explain the spiritual legacy of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in depth and try our best to enrich the multi-dimensional connotations of Henan’s spiritual genealogy.We should strengthen the exploitation of the sub-culture of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,form a long-term mechanism for the improvement of the conduct of the Party and clean governance by means of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and other platforms,and construct a publicity and education system centered on the spirit of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to create a strong atmosphere for the construction of clean governance and good party conduct.
