摘要
后疫情时代,全科医师作为基层医疗的主要承担者,在疫情的管控中发挥着极为重要的作用,不仅需要具备综合诊疗能力,更需要良好的沟通能力及人道主义精神。因此,要重视对全科医学生人文精神的培养。该文从全科医学生人文精神的内涵、人文教育的意义及重要性以及多元化的教育模式几个方面出发,对全科医学生人文精神的培育做了探讨,旨在提高全科医学生的人文素养,从而提高初级卫生保健服务水平,促进我国医疗服务体系的发展。
At present,China has entered the post-epidemic era of COVID-19.General practitioners,as one of the main bearers of primary health care,play an extremely important role in the epidemic control.They need not only comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability,but also good communication skills and humanitarian spirit.There⁃fore,we need to pay attention to the cultivation of the humanistic spirit of the general medical students.This paper focuses on the general medical students’humanistic spirit,the significance and importance of humanistic educa⁃tion,as well as the diversification of education mode,aiming at improving the general medical students’humani⁃ties quality,as well as improving the level of primary health care services,and promoting the development of China’s medical service system.
