高校科研与教学失衡问题现状分析及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 高校教学与科研相统一,至少在理论上已经成为现代高校普遍接受的原则,然而近些年来,教学与科研之间的天平出现了严重倾斜。文章基于问卷数据分析,得出目前高校科研与教学失衡的本质是“重科研、轻教学”,随后在挖掘原因的过程中,发现不完善的科研与教学评价体系是导致失衡的潜在原因。因此,该文在评价目标的明晰上、评价主体的丰富性上进行了相应的完善,希望通过完善科研与教学的评价体系,改善目前高校科研与教学失衡的现状。 The unification of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities has become a univer⁃sally accepted principle in theory at least in contemporary colleges and universities.However,in recent years,the balance between teaching and scientific research has been seriously tilted.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data,this paper concludes that the essence of the current imbalance between scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities is“emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching”.Later,in the process of dig⁃ging out the reasons,it is discovered that the imperfect scientific research and teaching evaluation system is the potential cause of the imbalance.Therefore,this paper has made corresponding improvements in the clarity of evaluation objectives and the richness of evaluation subjects.It is hoped that by improving the evaluation system of the two,the current imbalance between scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities can be im⁃proved.
