摘要
新时代加强大学生正确劳动价值观培养,既是培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人、落实高校立德树人根本任务的需要,也是消除错误劳动价值观对大学生健康成长消极影响、面对劳动复杂化辨析劳动本质的需要。通过接受新时代大学生正确劳动价值观教育,大学生会明白劳动就是人的根本存在方式,一切社会物质财富和精神财富都是广大人民创造的,没有劳动创造,就没有人类社会,劳动不但是幸福生活的源泉,更是人自由全面发展的根本途径。当前,加强新时代大学生正确劳动价值观培养,在劳动教育必修课中加强劳动价值观教育,可以充分利用高校思政课资源、开拓广阔的社会实践天地、发挥榜样力量、利用好网络载体等。
To strengthen the cultivation of correct labor values among college students in the new era is not only the need to cultivate the new generation to take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation and to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities,but also the need to eliminate the negative influence of wrong labor values held by college students and to understand the essence of labor in the face of the complexity of labor issues.The education of correct labor values in college can help students understand that labor is the fundamental way of human existence,that all social material and spiritual wealth are created by the people,that there is no human society without labor creation,and that labor is not only the source of happy life,but also fundamental for the free and comprehensive development of human beings.This paper proposes various ways to strengthen the cultivation of correct labor values of the new era in college and to strengthen labor values education in the compulsory labor education courses,including the adoption of the resources of ideological and political courses,social practice,the power of role models,and network carriers.
