摘要
随着人民群众生活水平的提高和日益增长的健康饮食需要,公共营养师正成为热门职业。江西科技师范大学以培养职教师资人才为特色,在食品科学与工程专业开设了公共营养师培养方向,以培养符合社会需求的行业人才。通过查阅文献资料,结合问卷调查、部分师生访谈和数据分析等方法,对学校公共营养师方向的课程设置情况进行总结分析,以期提高公共营养师的师资培养水平。
With the improvement of living standards and the growing need of healthy diet,public nutritionist is becoming a popular occupation.With the characteristics of training vocational teachers,Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University(JXSTNU)has set up the training direction of public nutritionists in food science and engineering specialty,in order to cultivate industry talents meeting the social needs.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,interviews with some teachers and students,data analysis and other methods,the curriculum of public nutritionists in JXSTNU was summarized and analyzed,expecting to improve the level of public nutritionists.
