摘要
该文对飞机液压系统渗漏油原因进行分析,根据试验和分解措施得出渗漏油原因为该泵零流量状态下散热性能较差造成橡塑密封件失效导致结合面渗漏油。根据该故障原因对该泵零流量状态下散热性能进行优化,并利用AMESim仿真、地面台架试验、装机试飞试验的形式对效果进行验证,改进效果良好。
This paper analyzes the cause of oil leakage at hydraulic system,and obtains oil leakage based on tests and decomposition measures.The reason is that the poor dispersion performance of the pump under the zero flow state causes the failure of the rubber and plastic seals,which leads to oil leakage on the joint surface.According to the fault reason we optimize the heat dissipation performance of the pump under the zero flow state and use AMESim simulation,ground bench inspection,and installation to test the form,and the improvement effect is good.
