摘要
通过旋转流变仪联用自制的光固化装置,在光固化过程中采用动态流变测试的时间扫描模式研究液态光敏树脂光固化特性,在光固化前采用稳态流动测试和动态频率扫描探测树脂的流动特性,在光固化后采用动态应力扫描原位分析成型材料的力学性能。结果表明,树脂光固化前的黏度约为0.5 Pa·s,流动性较好;光固化中树脂固化需要的紫外光照射时长为3.8 s,光反应活性较好;光固化后树脂的剪切弹性模量为1.2 MPa,质地较软,剪切强度可达21 kPa以上。试验结果表明,通过流变测试手段能够从流动性、光固化活性、固化物力学性能三个方面量化表征光敏树脂的3D打印适用性。
Using a rotational rheometer combined with a self-made light curing device,the photo-curing characteristics of liquid photosensitive resin were studied by the time scanning mode of dynamic rheological tests during the light curing process.The flow characteristics of the resin were detected by the steady flow tests and the frequency scanning mode of dynamic tests before the light curing.The mechanical properties of the cured resin were analyzed in-situ by the stress scanning mode of dynamic tests after light curing.The results show that the viscosity of the resin before photo-curing is about 0.5 Pa·s,and the fluidity is good.The UV irradiation time required for curing the resin is 3.8 seconds in the light curing,and the photoreaction activity is good.After light curing,the shear modulus of the resin is about 1.2 MPa,the texture is soft,and the shear strength can reach more than 21 kPa.The ex-periments show that the adaptability of photosensitive resin for 3D printing can be quantitatively characterized by rheological testing from three aspects:fluidity,photo-curing activity and mechanical properties of cured resin.
