This paper introduces the principle,method and significance of three-level IGBT double-pulse test in detail.The test method,control logic and connection mode of dual-impulse test for each IGBT in three-level topology are described in detail.Taking the double-pulse test of WWG300BW120TL IGBT as an example,this paper introduces in detail how to test the double-pulse of IGBT with three-level topology,and through the double-pulse test to evaluate the risk of IGBT and select the parameters of IGBT driving circuit.
