“双一流”背景下工程力学研究生创新能力提升路径研究 被引量:3

摘要 “双一流”建设是我国高等教育发展的重大战略,是推动我国由教育大国向教育强国转变的重要举措,是促进我国“创新型国家”建设的核心所在。在“双一流”背景下如何提升工程力学专业研究生培养质量、培养创新型领军人才,是当前力学学科高等教育面临的重大课题和挑战。文章梳理了我国工程力学学科研究生培养模式的现状和亟需解决的问题,从完善研究生培养模式、优化课程体系与教学模式、丰富师资结构和强化导师队伍、加强科研团队文化和制度建设等五个方面,探索了提升工程力学学科研究生创新能力的途径,以期为“双一流”背景下工科研究生创新能力提升提供有益参考。 The construction of"double first-class"is an important strategy for the development of higher education in China.It is also an important measure to promote the transformation of China from a huge educational country to a powerful educational country.And it is also a core task of promoting the construction of"innovative country"in China.Under the background of"double first-class",how to improve the quality of graduate students training majored in engineering mechanics and cultivate innovative leading talents is an important issue and challenge to the higher education of mechanics.In this paper,the current situation and urgent problems of graduate students training mode in engineering mechanics are summarized,and the ways to improve the innovation ability of graduate students are explored from five aspects:improving graduate students training mode,optimizing the curriculum system and teaching mode,enriching the structure of teacher resources and strengthening the tutor team,and strengthening the culture and system construction of scientific research team.The research of this paper can provide a useful reference for improving the innovation ability of engineering graduate students under the background of"double first-class"
