摘要
饲养蛋鸡是我国大多数农民的传统副业,在饲养过程中并不需要投入过多资金,而且周转效率较快,得到的经济回报较高。在蛋鸡具体饲养工作中,养殖户要在提高饲养技术的同时还要在经营管理方面多投入精力,学会预测市场风险并有效规避,才能使蛋鸡饲养得到更高的经济收益。定期对蛋鸡饲养管理人员进行专业的定岗培训,让他们认识到自己的责任,做好基本的生物安全措施,按照严格的规章制度进行防疫和消毒。该文对蛋鸡饲养管理过程中的重要阶段作出分析,并提出具体改善对策。
Raising layers is a traditional sideline for most farmers in our country.It does not need to invest too much money in the raising process,and the turnover efficiency is fast,and the economic return is high.In the specific feeding work of laying hens,the breeders should not only improve the feeding technology but also invest more energy in the management,learn to predict the market risk and avoid it effectively,so as to get higher economic benefits.Regular professional training for laying hens management staff,so that they understand their responsibilities,do a good job in basic biosecurity measures,in accordance with strict regulations for epidemic prevention and disinfection.This paper analyzes the important stages in the feeding and management of laying hens,and puts forward the concrete strengthening countermeasures.
