摘要
目的:探究围术期精准护理对脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术患者心理状况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年4月谷城县人民医院收治的脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术患者77例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=39),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围术期精准护理,比较2组心理状况、睡眠质量。结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组;观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在脑动脉瘤介入栓塞手术患者中应用围术期精准护理,患者的心理状况及睡眠质量改善明显。
Objective:To explore the effect of precise perioperative nursing on the psychological status and sleep quality of patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing interventional embolization.Methods:A total of 77 patients with cerebral aneurysms treated in Gucheng County People′s Hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=39)by using random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received perioperative precise nursing.The psychological status and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological status and sleep quality of the patients with cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization were improved significantly by using precise perioperative nursing.
