摘要
目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2019年6月首都医科大学附属北京康复医院收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者口服佐匹克隆片,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服稳心颗粒,2组患者均治疗4周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、临床症状评分、血清5-HT和BDNF水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组PSQI评分均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),并且观察组PSQI评分降低更明显(P<0.05);2组患者昼夜颠倒、入睡困难、夜间惊醒和兴奋躁动评分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组血清5-HT和BDNF水平显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用稳心颗粒联合佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granule combined with zopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with sleep disorder after stroke were selected from the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given zopiclone orally.The observation group was given Wenxin Granules orally on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,clinical symptoms score,serum 5-HT and BDNF levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).PSQI score were significantly reduced in the two groups(Ps<0.05).The decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of day and night reversal,difficulty in falling asleep,wake-up at night and excitement agitation in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Serum levels of 5-HT and BDNF were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05).The increase was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Wenxin Granule combined with zopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke has a good clinical efficacy and can improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
