摘要
数控设备及自动化设备电气零部件通讯协议大多采用MODBUS。在提高加工、装配、物流自动化水平的基础上,利用ESP32无线通信接口和串行接口,结合FREEMODBUS库,设计MODBUS网关通信硬件电路及程序,通过S7-1200进行存取测试,实现MODBUS TCPMODBUS RTU网关功能。
The communication protocol of electrical parts of NC equipment and automation equipment mostly adopts MODBUS.On the basis of improving the automation level of processing,assembly and logistics,the communication hardware circuit and program of MODBUS gateway are designed by using the wireless communication interface and serial interface of ESP32 combined with FREEMODBUS library.The access test is carried out through S7-1200 to realize the function of MODBUS TCPMODBUS RTU gateway.
