加油站走车式埋地油罐无动力通风系统工作原理与应用实践

摘要 加油站走车式埋地油罐操作井的承重性和密闭性使其处于相对封闭和潮湿的环境,进而导致油罐操作井井内憋气和设备易锈蚀的问题。结合加油站的特殊工作环境及无动力风机的工作原理,在油罐操作井上增设无动力通风系统,借助无动力风机自然旋转产生的压差带动操作井内空气与外界空气的流通,能有效改善这种油罐操作井的生产安全环境和设备锈蚀问题。 The load-bearing and airtightness of the operating well of the buried oil tank of the gas station make it in a relatively closed and humid environment,which in turn leads to the problems of gas accumulation and easy rusting of the equipment in the oil tank operating well.According to the working principle of the unpowered fan,the additional installation of an unpowered ventilation system on the oil tank operation well can effectively improve the production safety environment and equipment corrosion problems of the oil tank operation well by using the pressure difference generated by the natural rotation of the unpowered fan to drive the air in the operation well and the outside air.
