摘要
聚乙烯材料具有价格低廉、无毒、耐腐蚀及使用寿命长等优点,已成为城市燃气管道安装时的首选材料。电熔焊接是聚乙烯管道最常见的连接方式,其接头性能及质量直接关系到城镇燃气管道系统的安全性。从材料角度出发,详细阐述了影响电熔接头性能的主要因素,着重分析了现有的破坏性试验方法的优点及其局限性,展望了无损检测技术在电熔接头质量评估领域的应用前景。
Polyethylene has the advantages of low price,non-toxic,corrosion resistance,and long service life,and has become the preferred material for the installation of urban gas pipelines.Electro-fusion welding is the most common connection mode of polyethylene pipeline,and the performance and quality of joints are directly related to the safety of the gas pipeline system.From the view of the material,the main factors affecting joint performance were described in detail.The advantages and limitations of the existing destructive test methods were analyzed.The application of nondestructive testing technology in the field of quality assessment of electro-fusion joints has been proposed.
