摘要
为深入学习和贯彻习近平生态文明思想,推动大江大河生态保护和系统治理,我刊特此转发《人民日报》在2021年11月12日刊载的习近平生态文明思想研究中心钱勇执笔的《对治水规律的深刻揭示与科学把握》一文,以飨读者。文章指出,加强大江大河生态保护和系统治理,事关国家发展全局,对实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有基础性保障性作用。党的十八大以来,在习近平生态文明思想科学指引下,长江、黄河等大江大河和重要湖泊湿地生态保护治理更加注重理念引领、建章立制、统筹推进,生态保护治理成效显著,充分彰显我们党对治水规律的认识与把握达到了新高度。
In order to deeply study and implement the Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and promote ecological restoration and systemic governance of major rivers,here is Qian Yong ’ s article on The Profound Revelation and Scientific Understanding on Ecological Restoration and Systemic Governance Law of Major Rivers in China to share with readers,issued by Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,published in the People’s Daily on November 12,2021.This paper points out that China’s overall development depends on strengthening ecological protection and systemic governance of major rivers which plays a fundamental role in the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.Since the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC),under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,the systemic governance of the Yangtze River,the Yellow River and other major rivers as well as important lakes and wetlands have been paid more attention to leading by the concept,establishing a new system and promoting in integration,and remarkable achievements have been made in ecological conservation.It fully displays that our Party has reached a new height in understanding the water ecological conservation laws.
