摘要
通过研究有机肥对生菜产量和品质的影响,为生菜的绿色生产及提质增效提供数据支撑。在中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、Web of Science等数据库中,分别以“生菜(lettuce)”或(or)“叶用莴苣(lettuce)”和(and)“有机肥(organic fertilizer)”为关键词,检索2020年4月20日前公开发表的有机肥对生菜生长相关的文献,采用Meta数据整合分析方法,定量分析施用有机肥对生菜产量和品质的综合效应。施用有机肥可以显著增加生菜产量;并提升生菜品质,其中维生素C含量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量分别提高30%、20%和18%,硝酸盐含量降低69%。有机肥可通过改善土壤环境,促进土壤中微生物的生长繁殖,进而加速植物根系生长,提高其养分吸收能力,最终提高生菜的产量和品质。
Evaluating the effect of organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of lettuce was of significant to provide theoretical and practical support for the green production and quality improvement of lettuce.In this study,we carried out a Meta analysis based on the studies reported in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science and other databases until April 20th 2020,using the terms“lettuce”and“organic fertilizer”.The data were extracted and analyzed to determine the comprehensive effect of organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of lettuce.The results indicated that application of organic fertilizer increased lettuce yield significantly,and improved the content of Vc,soluble protein and soluble sugar by 30%,20%and 18%respectively,while decreased nitrate content by 69%.It can be concluded that application of organic fertilizer can improve the soil environment,promote the growth and reproduction of microorganisms in the soil,accelerate the growth of plant roots and improve the nutrient absorption capacity,and then improve the yield and quality of lettuce.
