摘要
目的:观察大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的效果。方法:选取76例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合静脉剥脱术治疗,观察组采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间)水平、术后并发症发生率和术后2年复发率。结果:观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为15.79%,低于对照组的36.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后2年复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相比于大隐静脉高位结扎联合静脉剥脱术,采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者可缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,而二者术后2年复发率相当。
Objective:To compare effects of high ligation of great saphenous vein+endovenous laser ablation and high ligation of great saphenous vein+vein stripping in treatment of patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods:76 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein+vein stripping,while the observation group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein+endovenous laser ablation.The level of the surgery-related indexes[operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time],the postoperative complication rate and the 2-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 15.79%,which was lower than 36.84%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the 2-year recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compared with high ligation of great saphenous vein+vein stripping,high ligation of the great saphenous vein+endovenous laser ablation in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities can shorten the operation time and the hospitalization time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the postoperative complication rate with similar 2-year recurrence rate.
