摘要
新形势下,制度是约束行为、维持部门运行的关键准则,完善林业采伐工作制度可促进林业绿色、健康、生态化长远发展,实现人与自然和谐相处,推动社会经济和生态的发展。探讨了林业采伐管理制度执行中存在的问题,并提出了一些建设性建议,以供参考。
Under the new situation, the system is the key criterion to restrain the behavior and maintain the operation of the department. Improving the system of forestry harvesting can promote the green, healthy and ecological long-term development of forestry,realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and promote the development of social economy and ecology. The problems existing in the implementation of forest cutting management system were discussed, and some constructive suggestions were put forward for reference.
