玉米精密播种机播量监测系统设计与试验 被引量:7

摘要 播量监测是评价播种机播种质量的重要手段,但受到多行播种机排种速率的影响,易出现漏探测的问题,严重影响播量监测性能。为此,设计了一种玉米精密播种机播量监测系统,包括显示器以及基于STM32设计了播量监测器和基于输出脉宽调试输出(PWM)设计的排种监测传感器,并提出了一种播种顺序计数方法,用于对玉米精密播种机的播量粒数进行精准监测。利用四行玉米精密播种试验台进行了9个播种量下的室内试验,结果表明:在46 000~126 000粒/hm^(2),以10 000粒/hm;为间隔递增变化时,利用研发的基于脉宽调试输出(PWM)的排种监测传感器提高了排种监测输出信号脉冲宽度的稳定性,输出脉宽标准差为0.82ms,消除了过短的输出脉冲宽度,防止了播量监测器对多行排种器的排种漏探测,系统总体播种粒数监测准确性为98.42%,标准差为0.80%。基于此,所开发系统的播量粒数监测精度与实际播种量的相关系数由-0.88降至-0.04,有效降低了多行播种机排种速率对播量粒数监测精度的影响,为播量分布监测系统的研究提供了参考。 Seeding rate monitoring is an important means to evaluate the seeding quality of seeder. However,due to the influence of seeding rate of multi row seeder,it is easy to miss detection,which seriously affects the performance of seeding rate monitoring. In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a corn precision seeder seed number monitoring system,including display,based on STM32 design of the seed monitor and based on the output pulse width debugging output( PWM) design of the seed metering monitoring sensor,and puts forward a seeding sequence counting method,which is used to accurately monitor the corn precision seeder seed number. The laboratory experiment of nine seed rates were carried out by using four-rows corn precision seeding test-bed. The results showed that when seed rate increases from 46000 to 126000 seeds/ha with the interval of 10000 seeds/ha,the pulse width stability of the output signal of the seeding monitoring sensor was improved with the standard deviation of output pulse width of 0. 82 ms. The short output pulse was eliminated by using PWM type seeding monitoring sensor. The seeding rate monitor is prevented from detecting the missing seeding of the multi row seed metering devices,and the seeding count accuracy of the system is 98.42% with the standard deviation of 0.80%.Based on this,the correlation coefficient between the monitoring accuracy and the actual seeding rate of the developed system decreased from-0.88 to-0.04,which effectively reduced the impact of the seeding rate of the multi row planter on the monitoring accuracy of the seeding rate and the number of grains. This study can provide a reference for the research of the monitoring system of the seeding rate distribution.
