摘要
采用机械合金化和放电等离子烧结技术制备了Ti28Nb2Zr8Sn合金,研究了烧结温度对合金相对密度、显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:当烧结温度为750℃和850℃时,合金致密度为97.6%和97.8%,合金主要由β相和α″相组成,其压缩屈服强度约为1750 MPa,压缩断裂应变分别为16.81%和19.91%.当烧结温度升至950℃和1050℃时,合金致密度高达99.8%,其中的α″相明显粗化,压缩屈服强度降至1655 MPa和1649 MPa,压缩断裂应变大幅提高至28.16%和30.58%,此时合金具有较佳的综合力学性能.
Ti28Nb2Zr8Sn alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering(SPS).The effects of sintering temperature on the relative density,microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied.The results show that the relative density of the alloy is 97.6%and 97.8%,when the sintering temperature is at 750℃and 850℃.The alloy is mainly composed ofβandα″phase.The compressive yield strength is about 1750 MPa and the fracture strain is 16.81%and 19.91%,respectively.When the sintering temperature rises up to 950℃and 1050℃,the relative density of the alloy massively increases to 99.8%and the size ofα″phase is obviously enlarged.As a result,the compressive yield strength decreases to 1655 MPa and 1649 MPa,while the fracture strain increases greatly to 28.16%and 30.58%,which indicates Ti28Nb2Zr8Sn alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties at that time.
