摘要
分析康复护理+心理护理对冠心病患者的影响。选择100例冠心病患者,采用便利抽样法分为对照组与研究组,每组各50例。对照组给予传统护理,研究组行康复护理+心理护理,组间对比护理前后6 min步行距离和左室射血分数、抑郁评分和焦虑评分。结果表明,护理前两组的6 min步行距离和左室射血分数、抑郁评分和焦虑评分差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后再次进行组间对比,两组的四项指标均发生显著改变,且研究组的6 min步行距离长于对照组,抑郁评分和焦虑评分低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,统计学对比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。康复护理+心理护理可以提高冠心病患者的心功能和运动耐量,改善负性情绪。
The research analyzes the influence of psychological nursing+rehabilitation nursing on patients with coronary heart disease.100 patients with coronary heart disease are selected,and they are divided into control group and research group with convenience sampling method,with 50 patients in each group.Control group receive traditional nursing,and research group receive rehabilitation nursing+psychological nursing.6 min walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,depressed score and anxiety score before and after nursing between the two groups are compared.The results show that there is no statistically significant difference in 6 min walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,depressed score and anxiety score before nursing of two groups(P>0.05).There is significant change in four indexes of two groups after nursing,6 min walking distance of research group is longer than control group,depression and anxiety score are significantly lower than control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction score is higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Rehabilitation nursing+psychological nursing can improve the cardiac function and sports tolerance of patients with coronary heart disease,and improve negative emotions.
