摘要
在深化产教融合、加强校企协同育人教育教学改革政策下,结合新疆煤炭行业采矿专业人才需求实际,针对新疆工程学院采矿工程人才培养定位和采矿工程实践教学现状与问题,深入开展了问题梳理和理论分析,提出了基于产教融合的采矿3+1校企联合培养模式实践教学改革新举措,实现了采矿工程人才培养质量的明显提高,对学校其他应用型本科专业实践教学改革与人才培养提升具有一定借鉴意义。
In deepening teaching fusion,enhancing university-enterprise cooperation education teaching reform policies,through combining with the reality of Xinjiang coal mining industry professional demand,in view of the Xinjiang College of Engineering Mining Engineering talents cultivation orientation and mining engineering practice teaching present situation and problems,the problem and theoretical analysis are deeply developed.New countermeasures of training mode practical teaching reform based on mining 3+1 school-enterprise joint training mode based on industry-teaching integration are proposed.This achieves the significant improvement of talent cultivation of mining engineering.So it has certain reference significance on other applied major practical teaching reform and talent training promotion.
