摘要
首先从广东电网调度日志系统的现状出发,指出原有应用系统的不足,分析了建设广东电网调度日志自动生成功能的建设背景和意义。针对广东电网调度日志业务的需求,从设计目标,系统架构和系统主要功能等方面提出了电力调度日志自动生成功能的实现方案,着重介绍广东电网调度日志自动记录系统的实际运行情况。该功能是基于调度智能指挥平台,运用信息技术,实现了图形化界面功能交功能、调度日志与其他业务交互功能、电网设备操作识别功能、全过程日志关联等功能。实际运行情况表明,该功能可提高调度日志数据的准确率和调度员的工作效率,降低了误操作可能同时也极大降低了调度员工作量,对保障调度安全生产提供了强有力的保障。
Firstly,starting from the current situation of Guangdong power grid dispatching log system,this paper points out the shortcomings of the original application system,and expounds and analyzes the construction background and significance of the automatic generation function of Guangdong power grid dispatching log.According to the requirements of Guangdong power grid dispatching log business,this paper puts forward the implementation scheme of power dispatching log automatic generation function from the aspects of design objectives,system architecture and main functions of the system,and focuses on the actual operation of Guangdong power grid dispatching log automatic recording system.This function is based on the dispatching intelligent command platform and uses information technology to realize the functions of graphical interface,dispatching log and other business interaction,power grid equipment operation identification,whole process log Association and so on.The actual operation shows that this function can improve the accuracy of dispatching log data and the work efficiency of dispatchers,reduce the possibility of misoperation,greatly reduce the workload of dispatchers,and provide a strong guarantee for dispatching safety production.
