摘要
介绍了一起35 kV变压器内部绝缘故障分析及处理案例。油色谱检测发现变压器内部存在低能放电,吊芯发现绕组引线和有载分接开关静触头接线柱间存在击穿痕迹。对此类故障进行了分析和总结,为今后变压器运维积累了经验。
In this paper,an analysis and treatment case of internal insulation fault in 35 kV transformer is introduced.The oil chromatographic test data shows that there is low-energy discharge in the transformer,and through the inspection of hanging cover,it is found that there is a breakdown trace between the winding lead and the static contact terminal of on-load tap changer.This kind of defects is analyzed and summarized,it accumulates experience for transformer operation and maintenance and technical supervision in the future.
