丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉对脑梗死患者血流动力学及氧化应激指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsule Combined with Edaravone on Hemodynamics and Oxidative Stress Indexes in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉对脑梗死患者血流动力学及氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年3月某院收治的86例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,对比两组患者血流动力学、氧化应激水平及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组患者血流动力学相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组高切浓度(HSV)、低切浓度(LSV)、血浆浓度(PSV)与红细胞沉降率(ESR)分别为(4.32±0.56)mPa·s、(13.46±4.41)mPa·s、(1.38±0.21)mPa·s、(4.26±1.08)mm·h^(-1),均低于对照组的(5.98±0.97)mPa·s、(16.33±5.79)mPa·s、(2.46±0.43)mPa·s、(9.45±2.31)mm·h^(-1),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组氧化应激指标相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)及丙二醛(MDA)分别为(78.43±10.15)μmol/L、(5.52±1.21)μmol/L,低于对照组的(94.46±12.23)μmol/L、(7.46±1.82)μmol/L,有统计学差异(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)为(203.79±23.29)U/mL,高于对照组的(189.93±22.46)U/mL,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死患者可减轻其氧化应激反应,改善其脑血流状况,利于促进神经功能恢复。 Objective:To investigate the effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with edaravone on hemodynamics and oxidative stress indexes in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules on this basis.The hemodynamics,oxidative stress levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemodynamics between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the high shear concentration(HSV),low shear concentration(LSV),plasma concentration(PSV)and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the observation group were(4.32±0.56)mPa·s,(13.46±4.41)mPa·s,(1.38±0.21)mPa·s,and(4.26±1.08)mm·h^(-1),respectively,which were all lower than those in the control group[(5.98±0.97)mPa·s,(16.33±5.79)mPa·s,(2.46±0.43)mPa·s,(9.45±2.31)mm·h^(-1)],with statistical difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in oxidative stress indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the oxidized protein product(AOPP)and malondialdehyde(MDA)of the observation group were(78.43±10.15)μmol/L and(5.52±1.21)μmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(94.46±12.23)μmol/L,(7.46±1.82)μmol/L],with statistical difference(P<0.05);The superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was(203.79±23.29)U/mL,which was higher than that in the control group[(189.93±22.46)U/mL],with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of butylphthalide soft capsule and edaravone in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction can reduce their oxidative stress,improve thei
