摘要
颜正华教授临证善于治疗胃痛,根据9种不同证型拟出9种不同治法。其中疏肝和胃法重在肝胃同调,是颜教授临证应用时贯彻始终的治法,适用于肝气犯胃证。温阳止痛法适用于脾胃阳虚兼伴疲乏无力。祛湿化痰法适用于痰湿渐生,阻滞脾胃气机之证。养阴和胃法适用于胃病中后期的胃热津亏证。活血治胃法适用于胃痛病久,出现瘀血阻滞之证。此外另有四法常用作相兼使用的辅助治法,其中升提气机法适用于脾气不升证,消食和胃法适用于食积肠胃、脾虚不运证,通腑和胃法多用于阴虚津亏证伴便秘,降逆和胃法适用于胃失通降证。
Professor Yan Zhenghua is good at treating stomach pain, and the nine different governance methods are proposed in accordance with nine different types of syndromes.Among them, the method of soothing the liver and stomach focuses on the harmony between the liver and stomach.It is a treatment that professor Yan always implements when applying clinical syndrome, and is suitable for the syndrome of liver qi invading the stomach.The method of warming yang and relieving pain is applicable to the syndrome type of spleen stomach yang deficiency with fatigue and weakness.The method of dispelling dampness and resolving phlegm is applicable to the syndrome of phlegm dampness gradually growing and blocking the qi movement of spleen and stomach.The method of nourishing yin and harmonizing the stomach is applicable to the syndrome of stomach heat and fluid deficiency in the middle and late stage of gastric disease.The method of promoting blood circulation and treating stomach is applicable to the syndrome of blood stasis block in stomach pain.In addition, there are four methods commonly used as auxiliary treatment methods.Among them, the method of raising qi and lifting qi is applicable to the syndrome of spleen qi not rising, the method of digestion and stomach is applicable to the syndrome of food accumulation, intestines and stomach and spleen deficiency, the method of connecting the fu organs and stomach is mostly used for the syndrome of yin deficiency and fluid deficiency with constipation, and the method of reducing inversion and stomach is applicable to the syndrome of stomach losing the function of descending.
