摘要
中医对腧穴的命名中蕴含了脏象、阴阳、五行、经络、气血津液等学说。以脏象学说命名的腧穴包括五志对应的神堂、魄户、魂门、意舍、志室;五窍对应的舌本(廉泉)、地仓、迎香、阳白、听宫等。以五行学说命名的腧穴包括以肝风的风命名的风池、风市、风府、风门等;以心主神明的神命名的神门、神庭、神阙、本神等;因脾属土,地者,土也,以地命名的地机、地仓等;因肺属金,音律合商,以商命名的少商、商阳、商丘等;以水命名的水道、水泉、水沟等。以阴阳学说命名的腧穴包括天冲、地阁、天府、地机、上关、下关等。以经络学说命名的腧穴包括少海、小海、中极、三阳络、三阴交等。以气血津液学说命名的腧穴包括命门、关元、气舍、承泣等。
The naming of acupoints in Chinese medicine contains theories of visceral manifestations, Yin and Yang, five elements, meridians, Qi, Blood, and body fluid.The acupoints named after the visceral manifestations theory include Shentang, Pohu, Hunmen, Yishe, and Zhishi, which correspond to the five minds, and Sheben(Lianquan),Dicang, Yingxiang, Yangbai, Tinggong, etc.corresponding to the five orifices.The acupoints named after the Five Elements Theory include Fengchi, Fengshi, Fengfu, Fengmen, etc.,which are named after the wind of the Liver.Shenmen, Shentian, Shenque, Original God, etc.,are named after the spirit of Heart;Because the spleen belongs to the earth, those who belong to the Soil element, also belong to the earth.Thus Diji, Dicang, etc.named after the earth.Because the lungs belong to Metal element, the music that is in harmony with it is the Shang, Shaoshang, Shangyang, Shangqiu, etc.named after Shang.Shuidao, Shuiquan, Shuigou etc.named after the water.The acupoints named after the theory of Yin and Yang include Tianchong, Dige, Tianfu, Diji, Shangguan, Xiaguan, etc.The acupoints named after the meridian theory include Shaohai, Xiaohai, Zhongji, Sanyangluo, Sanyinjiao, and so on.The acupoints named after the theory of Qi, Blood, and body fluid include Mingmen, Guanyuan, Qishe, Chengqi and so on.
